UNI-T UT387E — multifunctional non-contact detector for searching for electrical wiring, metal elements and wooden structures in walls. Intended for use during repair, installation and construction work.
The device allows you to safely and accurately detect hidden objects in walls of various thicknesses, reducing the risk of damaging electrical wiring or structural elements during drilling and cutting.
Principle of operation:
The detector works on the principle of analyzing changes in the electromagnetic field. After automatic calibration, the device scans the surface and signals the approach to the hidden object using LED indication and sound signal. The closer the sensor is to the object — the more intense the notification.
Scanning modes:
- StudScan — standard mode for searching for wood, metal and electrical wiring
- ThickScan — mode for thicker walls and deeper scanning
