Warranty and return policy at WST

We at WST strive to provide our customers with quality products and a high level of service. Each product undergoes a thorough inspection before shipment, but in case of defects or other problems, we provide the possibility of warranty service and return.

One of the features of the warranty policy of the WST store is that we do not provide our own warranty for the products, but only support the manufacturer's warranty. This means that we are confident in the quality of the products we sell and believe in the warranty provided by the manufacturer. Given that many manufacturers provide long warranty periods and an extensive service package, we believe that this is the best way to ensure the reliability and satisfaction of our customers.

Our role as the WST store is to be an intermediary between the customer and the manufacturer. We help our customers with warranty service by referring them to the manufacturer or providing additional information and advice. We are always ready to provide our customers with the necessary support and recommendations so that their warranty claims are properly satisfied.

Warranty service

Manufacturer's warranty
All products sold in our store have a manufacturer's warranty. This confirms their quality and compliance with the declared characteristics. If manufacturing defects are detected during the warranty period, you can contact an authorized service center for free repair or replacement of the product.

Warranty period
The warranty period for the product is determined by the manufacturer and may vary depending on the type of product. You can find detailed information about the warranty period in the product description or ask our manager.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects that have occurred due to manufacturing defects or component malfunctions. It does not cover:
✔ Damage caused by improper use of the product or violation of operating instructions.
✔ Mechanical damage that has occurred after purchase.
✔ Defects caused by exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, falling or impacts.
✔ Cases of self-repair or interference with the product design.

Where to contact for warranty service?
Service is provided at the manufacturer's official service centers. Addresses and contacts of the nearest centers can be found on the official websites of the brands or contact us for advice.

How to use the warranty?

  1. Make sure that the problem is not related to improper operation (check the batteries, connections, etc.).
  2. Prepare the product along with the warranty card, receipt and factory packaging (if possible).
  3. Contact us or directly with the service center to clarify further actions.

Return and exchange of goods

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of purchase if:
✔ The product is not used and its presentation, packaging, seals and protective films have been preserved.
✔ There is a sales receipt or other document confirming the purchase.

✽ Important!

  • If the product has been used or has traces of use, the return is not possible.
  • In the event of a return of the product, the buyer pays the shipping costs.

Shipping costs

✽ All shipping costs associated with warranty service, return or replacement of the product are covered by the customer.

✽ Delivery conditions to the service center:

  • Shipping is carried out by Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta or Mist Express.
  • The buyer is responsible for the delivery costs in both directions.
  • If the manufacturer confirms the warranty case, transportation costs may be reimbursed (depending on the manufacturer's conditions).

✽ Return or exchange of goods:

  • Returns are made via Nova Poshta or Mist Express by cash on delivery, which allows you to quickly receive compensation.
  • Ukrposhta does not support cash on delivery, so payment for the return is made in advance.
