Soldering iron stand ZD-11R

ZD-11R — practical soldering iron stand, designed for a safe and comfortable workplace. Compact plastic base with a flexible solder holder, a place for cleaning the tip and a solder socket with a diameter of ≈ Ø19 mm.

How to use

1. Insert the soldering iron into the holder — the tool will lock in a safe position.
2. During work, bring the solder to the soldering point; if necessary, fix the wire in the flexible holder (Soldering Wire Holder Clip) for one-handed solder application.
3. To clean the tip: insert the tip into a brass wool brush or wipe it on a damp sponge — this removes solder residues and oxidation.
4. After finishing work, store the stand on a flat surface; keep the sponge slightly damp for effective cleaning.

Safety recommendations

• Do not touch the metal parts and the tip of the soldering iron during or immediately after work — they are hot.
• Moisten the sponge only with cold water; do not pour flammable liquids onto the stand.
• Do not leave the working soldering iron unattended in the stand if you are going to be away for a long time.
• Make sure that the ventilation holes on the workbench are not blocked; keep out of reach of children.
• Periodically check the condition of the brass brush and sponge — if worn out, replace for safe operation.
