T12-D32 Heater Tip — is a replaceable composite tip of the T12 series that combines a ceramic heater, temperature sensor, and soldering head in one monolithic housing. This design provides the fastest possible heating, precise temperature maintenance and excellent heat transfer without heat sinking during operation.
T12 series tips are used in Hakko FM‑2027 and Hakko FM‑2028 soldering irons, as well as in all compatible T12 soldering stations presented on the WST website, such as: Lefavor T12 LED, Lefavor T12+ LCD, Quicko T12‑951, Quicko T12‑952, Quicko T12‑959, ZD8962 (Zhongdi). This series has long established itself among electronics repairmen due to its high accuracy, reliability and long service life.
Features and benefits
- Composite monoblock design: the heater and sensor are located as close as possible to the working end of the tip, which significantly increases sensitivity to temperature changes.
- Quick access to operating temperature: the tip is ready to work in just a few seconds.
- Temperature stability: eliminates overheating of elements and burnout of tracks on the board.
- High thermal conductivity and anti-corrosion coating: long service life without loss of soldering quality.
- Shape D-type profile (wedge): a universal tip type that allows you to work with both the end surface and a wide plane.
The D-type profile has the appearance of a flat wedge (like a flat screwdriver). The special feature is that soldering can be performed in two working zones:
- End part (Line): suitable for spot soldering and installation of small SMD elements.
- Flat surface (Face): allows you to quickly heat up the pads or pins of microcircuits.
Scope of application
- Repair and installation of SMD and THT components
- Working with printed circuit boards of different densities
- Microsoldering in portable and complex electronics
- Service of gadgets, laptops, power supplies

T12‑D32 tip — is a reliable, convenient and precise tip that provides comfortable soldering and high quality results. Recommended for both professional craftsmen and home electronics enthusiasts who value the stability and efficiency of the tool.
Order the T12‑D32 soldering iron tip in the WST store at an affordable price to provide yourself with a reliable tool for soldering work with high quality and efficiency.
Replacement tip of the T12 standard for the corresponding soldering irons and soldering stations. A convenient tip with good heat capacity and allows you to perform almost any work, whether it is soldering of lead, SMD components or tinning of boards and cleaning of BGA contact pads. A feature of this tip for soldering irons and soldering stations is a built-in heater, which ensures minimal heat loss.
T12 series tips are integrated with a heater and a temperature sensor. Thus, the heating element and the soldering iron tip form a single unit, called simply the tip. Please note that the temperature sensor (thermocouple) is placed very close to the soldering tip of the tip, which provides very accurate temperature measurement during the soldering process. T12 series tips are characterized by rapid heating (reaching a temperature of 300°C in less than 30 seconds). The tip ends with electrical contacts. In the soldering iron, the T12 tip is attached to a latch. The small size of the T12 tips allows them to be replaced while hot (using a heat-resistant mat to hold the hot tip).
