Principle of operation
The Lefavor T12+ soldering station works on the principle of digital temperature control using T12 tips, in which the heating element and temperature sensor are integrated directly into the tip. This allows the controller to measure the temperature in real time and instantly adjust the heating power.
After setting the temperature, the microcontroller analyzes the data from the thermocouple and regulates the voltage supply to the tip, maintaining a stable temperature regardless of the thermal load. Thanks to this, the soldering iron quickly restores the temperature when in contact with massive tracks or components.
Additional sleep, auto-off and temperature increase (Boost) modes allow you to reduce tip wear, save energy and increase ease of use.

To enter the menu, hold the encoder (knob) pressed for 5 seconds.

After completing the settings, the station automatically returns to heating mode. If necessary, you can turn off the device at any time — saved settings will remain active.
